About Josh

Josh is an angel investor backing early stage teams in software infrastructure and climate tech.

Most recently, Josh led an engineering team at Series C startup Raptor Maps. He built out Raptor's SaaS offering for the solar industry, deploying software across 42 countries and millions of solar panels.

He started his career at Meta, where he was a senior software engineer. He's proudest of launching Instagram fundraisers to 2B+ users, helping grow on-platform donations to $1B+/year.

In his 10 years as an engineer, Josh has written code almost everywhere you could imagine – from late night war-rooms at Facebook HQ to dune buggies on rural Texas solar farms.

Josh is an MBA Candidate at Stanford Graduate School of Business, and holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Stanford University.
